When will my order ship?
Answer: Orders placed
before 3PM EST Monday to Friday, which are in stock, ship same day from
the Secure Baby, Inc.
Indianapolis warehouse.

How do I track my Package?
Answer: UPS tracking
information will be sent via e-mail on the same evening your package is
shipped from our Indianapolis warehouse. Shipping information is
sent to the same e-mail address entered when placing your order.
In addition, all
orders shipped from our Indianapolis warehouse can be tracked using your
12 digit Order # as your UPS Reference
number.

Note: Packages can not be tracked
until UPS downloads the shipping information into their system, which
normally occurs late in the evening on the day the package is shipped.
If you are unable
to track your package for any reason (i.e. item drop shipped from
alternate location, out of stock, etc.) and you are in need of a shipping
status update, please send a shipping status request message to the

What is the cost of Shipping?
Answer: Secure Baby, Inc. provides low cost
and reliable UPS shipping options to
its customers. Shipping charges for Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and
Next Day Air shipments are conveniently provided to customers by the
Secure Baby corporate web site
at the time of checkout. As an added savings, Free UPS Ground Shipping is
offered within the Continental U.S. on any order of $150.00 or more,
before taxes and after any promotional discounts.
Note: UPS
delivers packages on weekdays Monday to Friday.
